The CEO of Pegasos S.A., Haris Akzotis, recently gave an interview to Forbes Greece, discussing the company’s progress and vision in the Greek market. Among other things, he mentioned that the company is in the process of searching for a location to establish a new logistics center and headquarters, with an investment of 10 million euros. This investment is expected to improve efficiency and enhance the work environment.
Additionally, Mr. Akzotis highlighted the challenge of adapting to modern consumer demands for healthier products, emphasizing the company’s commitment to offering snacks with low or zero sugar content. He noted, in fact, that the company has already launched new products in this category, such as Corny 30% Protein no-sugar bars, in collaboration with international brands they represent.
Mr. Akzotis also referenced the strong performance of the Panini brand, which saw exceptional success in the market this year. He emphasized the company’s strategic focus on maintaining its competitiveness and expanding its product portfolio.
